Hello All....

Hey Hey!! I have been crazy busy lately.... just finished CY4's slide show for his 6th grade banquet. I would love to share it, but the Principal of the school had said that he didn't want to see it on "You Tube" - LOL!!! Why trust me to do the slide then, right?? I'm Ms. Publicity!!! hahaha.... ok, but I promised him... some of the kids may be on the "Witness Protection Program", so that would really mess up things if I exposed something like that, right? LOL!! Ok, seriously - I'm not going to share it. But, just thought I'd let ya all know that thats where I've been hiding. Since I am done with that project, the next project I am working on for the kids are cutting stars for their banquet. I am cutting them out of Gold Cardstock - 56 of them. Then cutting their names out, of course using my Cricut and the Design Studio program. Yea, speaking of the Cricut DS, I am becoming very familiar and happy with what this program can do - and yes, I will start sharing these with you as well. Wini and Joyce came over on Tuesday and I shared with them some projects, and how tos on this Cricut and it's program. I am seriously urging Wini to get a Cricut of her own. LOL!!! I will share with you the projects I had them make some time this week.

There is a lot of things I need to catch you up with.... so - here goes..... today, I have to share with you note cards that I've made to those that won my blog-o-versary prizes, thank you all for your awesome creations. Goodies also went out to the winners, as well as the coupon code to use on the All Natural Accent website.

To make these cards, I cut an 8-1/2" x 11" card stock down to 2-3/4" x 6-1/4" (you can make up to 4 note cards with 1 sheet of 8-1/2"x 11" card stock). I then scored the card at 3", folding it to get a 3" x 3-1/4" folded note. Then I took my SU! Slit Punch, and made a slit on the longer piece to create a lil' flap that would hold the note card closed. These are so fun to make, especially if you have a lot of scraps, because scraps would do really good on these kinda small projects. The flower is from All Natural Accent, the bear image is from Stamp It (an Aussie company), brads are from Memory Makers, and the "Thank You" sentiment is from SU!. I colored the teddy with my copics.

Ok that's it for now..... head on over to my TAC blog to view my TAC May's newsletter.... oh, and I'll be back with another poll for on here.
